WARRANTY / REPAIR SERVICE 

Warranty / Repair & Replacement is only valid subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must come with original proof of purchase/receipt/order record.
  • Customer is not entitled to request an exchange, repair, or return & refund if the defect in the product is the result of the customer’s careless handling, misuse, or tampering with the product. An inspection shall be carried out by Mayer to determine the cause(s) of the defect(s).
  • Item damage by manufacturer defect upon received.
  • Modification, personal repair or excessive over clocking resulting malfunction will be voided warranty
  • No Replacement is permitted if the customer merely changes his or her mind about the purchase and there is no defect in the product.
  • Subject to Deroma’s verification and validation, the warranty applies only to products purchased and used for domestic purposes and will not cover any damage which occurs as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Deroma’s instructions, or a modification or unauthorized repair of the product, faulty packaging by the owner or mishandling by any carrier.
  • Warranty / Repair & Replacement also does not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance, or replacement of consumable parts.

*Please Check Carefully When You Send In Defective Part(s) For RMA/Warranty. If We Checked The Product Are Issue-Free, Handling and Service will be charges.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. If your item is damage/broken still under warranty period, please find our Customer Service to claim warranty

  2. Provide us your Order ID / Order Record.

  3. Send us a video or picture to show the damage item.

  4. After we confirm the item is damage/ broken, you can proceed to return the item to our service center ( Service center available in KL & Sarawak )

  5. You can return the item by walk in/ courier/ rider
    - Walk In, please pm our customer service and set appointment (date & time) by when you will come
    - Courier, update us your tracking number so we can keep in track the parcel.
    - Rider, please let our customer service know by when will you arrange the rider to drop off

  6. After we receive the parcel, our technician team will check the item first within 3 working days before we inform to you.

  7. Repair process will take around 5-7 working days (depend on spare part available)

  8. Any cost for repair or spare part will be informed before our technician start the repair

  9. After repair is done, Person In Charge for your case will update to you

  10. Your item will be testing for 3 days before we send back to you

  11. Shipment details for sending back will be updated once the shipment is created

Note:

  • Deroma shall not be obliged to not accept Warranty / Repair & Replacement to any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase which is limited to valid purchase receipts and or order confirmation sent through email.
  • Deroma may at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any reason or prior notice, modify, suspend/ discontinue the above Warranty / Repair & Replacement Term & Conditions, whether in part or whole.
  • Deroma shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by or caused by you or arising out of, or in connection with, or because of such modification, suspension/ discontinuation to the above Warranty / Repair & Replacement Term & Conditions.
  • If your item damage/broken still under warranty, after replacement/ repairing warranty will be continue from previously unit
  • If your item damage/broken but not under warranty and you need to pay the cost for spare part/ service, after replacement/ repairing the unit the warranty will be start again from the date you received the new replacement unit
